Requirements
We are looking for a proactive, and highly organized community manager with a passion for entrepreneurship. The ideal candidate is resilient, calm under pressure, and able to work independently while seamlessly integrating with a small, supportive team. This role is not a typical 95 position; it requires someone with a strong work ethic who can confidently manage complex and multifaceted deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement (Primary):
* Serve as the key point of contact for my client's community members, building and maintaining strong relationships with founders, business leaders, and stakeholders.
* Proactively engage with members, understand their needs, and provide tailored support.
* Design and implement initiatives to enhance member retention, participation, and satisfaction.
* Foster connections between members, mentors, and partners to create a collaborative environment.
* Run communications with members, including newsletters, updates, and social media engagement.
Events Management (Secondary):
* Support the Events Lead in planning and executing high-impact events, including workshops, conferences, and galas. These events are a key catalyst for our membership program.
Key Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent Communication: Proficient in English, with strong attention to detail and both professional written and verbal communication skills.
* Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with exceptional multitasking, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint), MS Teams, Zoom, and Salesforce.
* Community Management Experience: A Background in community management or related roles, with a focus on engagement and relationship development is a plus.
