Initially 6 month-FTC
Role:
* Provide 1st-2nd Line Support
* Be the first point of contact for all tech related issues
* Resolve IT issues and requests
* Escalate where necessary
* Provide a professional and personable service to end users
* Deskside and remote support
To succeed in this role:
* Minimum 2 years working in an IT Support Technician role
* Demonstrable experience resolving technical queries
* Methodical approach to problem solving
* Strong communication skills
* A passion for technology
