Job summary
Teledoctor invites practitioners to the platform to provide care for clients and provides a range of functions in respect of the same. Teledoctor also partners with organisations for the purpose of providing services to clients referred by those organisations.
One of the services that Teledoctor offers is the assessment of the incidence of certain mental health conditions as part of an assessment pathway framework.
Teledoctor wishes to engage the provider to provide services in respect of the above assessment pathway and the provider is willing to provide such services on and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Main duties of the job
Teledoctor is a company registered in England that operates a digital platform ProblemShared, for the purpose of facilitating mental health care provision to clients by a network of independent mental healthcare practitioners, including counsellors / psychotherapists, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists and auxiliary mental health care personnel including registered nurses, and persons trained and expert in assisting with diagnosis of certain conditions. Practitioners provide their services remotely via video-link to clients who use the Platform.

ProblemShared is a remote business, and we have no central office. As a result, the team all work from home (or other suitable locations) so you will need to be comfortable with this as a working environment and have a reliable internet connection. 1. The Provider Fee is calculated per assessment and exclusive of VAT,
fees to be discussed on application and interview of the role by clinical team
Onboarding Documentation - for EACH Practitioner
2. Up-to-date CV and two (2) professional references comprising one (1) from a clinical supervisor and one (1) as a professional or character reference.
3. Proof of Qualification:
a. For nurses: Certified Degree in Nursing
b. Proof of the original certificate, diploma or proof of training and experience in the use of specific diagnostic tools such as, but not limited to Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), Autism Diagnostic Interview (ADi-R) and 3Di and recognised in the
4. PARB: Proof of membership or accreditation status with:
a. OT, SALT, Clinical Psychologist -HCPC, Social Workers- Social Work England
b. For nurses: the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) including date for renewal.
5. Indemnity Arrangement with Appropriate Cover: copy of insurance policy or contract with a UK based insurer to a value of not less than one million pounds sterling (£1,000, per event or incident per annum, which must include the date for renewal.
6. Photographic identity: Scanned copy of passport or British Driving License.
7. Proof of address: by either current bank statement or utility bill as at the date of this Agreement.
8. Proof of residency: also, by current bank statement or utility bill in combination with British passport, or if no British passport, then proof of visa or right to remain in the as of the date of this Agreement including any expiry or end date of such visa or right to remain.
9. Copy of Enhanced DBS and signed up to the yearly renewal scheme.
10. Information Commissioners Office Data Protection Registration Number (in respect of the creation, handling and storing of Personal Data of a Client if relevant to the Assessment Pathway.
11. Confirmation of VAT status.
12. Commitments to work of minimum of 3 days per week.
Qualifications:
Qualification in a core profession, which is governed by a regulatory body ( psychologist, nurse, social worker, occupational therapist),
Evidence of formal training in both ADOS-2 and ADIR (or equivalent - 3Di, Disco),
Minimum of 2 years autism diagnostic experience after formal training of the above
