We’re hiring for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established manufacturer at their site in Hadfield, Glossop.
In this role, you’ll be part of a busy customer service team, liaising with clients, installation teams, and project managers to ensure smooth order processing, query resolution, and excellent service delivery.

* Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
* Early finish on Fridays (3:30 pm)

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Administrator?
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing orders from plans, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
* Resolving customer complaints and arranging replacement parts
* Managing diaries and scheduling installations in line with timeframes
* Managing customer accounts, handling queries, and coordinating with internal departments
* Following up on customer enquiries to ensure complete resolution
* Assisting with general office administration as required
