About the role
At Miller Homes, we are building homes in a way that allows us to create better places for people to belong to, better homes for customers, and better places for communities to thrive and nature to prosper. We are also creating a better working environment for our people.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Land Manager to join our Scotland East team at an exciting time. Backed by private equity, Miller Homes is amidst a rapid growth strategy. We are looking for someone with ambition and a proven track record in land acquisition to join our team!
Miller Homes is one of the leading housebuilders in the UK, currently delivering around 4,000 homes per annum, with ambitious growth plans to reach 6,000 homes per annum in the medium term. Founded in 1934, we have a well-deserved reputation for high-quality family homes.
We are strategically positioned across ten regions, with two in Scotland, four in the North of England, and a further four across the Midlands and South of England, maintaining a strong presence in sought-after suburban locations. Backed by private equity, we are actively seeking to identify and purchase land for future development to support our significant growth plans in the Scotland West region.
Our skilled land teams possess extensive knowledge of the planning system, excellent local expertise, and a proven track record of delivering commercially viable planning consents. We specialize in problem-solving, finding technical solutions for complex sites, and addressing longstanding economic issues.
