Temporary Administrator

We are seeking a Temporary Administrator for our busy office in Hove. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in the estate agency sector, offering a varied set of responsibilities. Familiarity with Alto software would be beneficial.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Meeting and greeting clients in our First Floor Office.
* Answering telephone calls and efficiently registering client details into our system.
* Preparing marketing materials and formalising instructions to clients.
* Booking appointments and following up on them, providing feedback to clients.
* Potentially accompanying clients on viewings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the estate agency sector.
* Proficient in using office management software; knowledge of Alto is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
