Key Responsibilities Manage the reception area, handling calls, emails, and incoming correspondence. Provide administrative support across departments, including insurance, utilities, business rates, and property management. Maintain health and safety compliance by managing tenant certificates and updating records. Accurately input leases and other documents into the shared system, ensuring all files are up to date. Handle property enquiries, directing them to the appropriate team and ensuring prompt responses. Carry out general office duties, including filing, archiving, and scanning. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a busy office environment. Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (knowledge of SharePoint & QuickBooks is beneficial but not essential). High attention to detail and accuracy.
