***FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR***Due to business growth we are on the hunt for a talented IFA Administrator to join our client's administrative team. You will need at least a year's financial services administration experience ideally in client and advisor support. This is a great opportunity for LP2 or CII qualified candidates. Note this is a permanent full-time opportunity however candidates who meet the criteria and are seeking part-time hours will also be considered. Salary from £28K + benefitsKey responsibilities for the Financial Services Administrator include,
* Liaising with policy providers for policy details and obtaining policy illustrations
* Processing new business applications, tracking to completion
* Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings, including the production of annual planning meeting packs
* Responding to email enquiries and liaising directly with clients
* Sending prepared investment information and reports to clients
* Ensuring all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines
The ideal Financial Services Administrator will need,
1. At least a year's financial services administration experience ideally in client and advisor support
2. LP2 or CII qualifications advantageous
