Relief Support Worker – Tanton Road, Stokesley

We are looking for people to join our friendly and welcoming team in Tanton Road, Stokesley for our supported living service, where you will have the opportunity to enhance people’s lives.
You will be responsible for supporting people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities in maintaining independence and gaining new skills which enable them to live in their own homes. You will assist them in planning and preparing meals, keeping their home clean and tidy, supporting with medication if needed, and personal care. You will also update support plans and risk assessments and support people in the community to access a variety of activities.

Previous experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and epilepsy is desirable for this position, although full training will be provided.
An enhanced child and adult DBS application will be required for successful applicants.
