About our team: The LexisNexis Risk Solutions Onboarding & Fulfilment teams' primary focus is to provide a seamless and efficient on-boarding experience for our customers. The team plays a critical part in providing our customers with an excellent first impression of doing business with us, whilst ensuring that these excellent standards are maintained throughout their journey with us.
About the job: The role provides the successful candidate an opportunity to take responsibility for onboarding & fulfilling customer projects to the highest standards. It provides the candidate to showcase an excellent eye for detail & accountability to do the right thing for our customers and business.
Responsibilities:
* Accurately review and input contracts received and provide setup and billing support of all products we support.
* Ensure pricing details are input accurately and troubleshoot any billing/invoicing/account setup related inquiries.
* Be meticulous in the detail, ensuring that we onboard and fulfill customer requests efficiently whilst balancing the needs of the business.
* Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Legal, Compliance & Technology to ensure that we onboard and fulfill customer requests within our desired turnaround times.
* Communicate clearly and accurately in all interactions, ensuring the team is consistent in the messages delivered and experts in what we do.
