Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
-Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and manage classroom behavior effectively.
-Engage students in learning activities and provide support as needed.
-Follow school policies and procedures at all times.
-Maintain accurate records of attendance and report any issues to appropriate staff.
Requirements:
-A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
-Experience working with young people in an educational setting is advantageous.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
-Flexibility and availability to work on short notice.
