Key Responsibilities:
1. Rota Management:
2. Develop, manage, and update staff schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage.
3. Promptly address last-minute scheduling changes.
4. Align rotas with clients' care plans and preferences.
5. Recruitment and Screening:
6. Actively recruit qualified caregivers.
7. Screen candidates by reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, and verifying qualifications.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies during hiring.
9. Onboarding New Staff:
10. Facilitate the induction process, ensuring new team members are well-trained.
11. Provide ongoing support and mentorship during the probation period.
12. System Management:
