A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen in Darlington for an experienced and driven Team Manager to join the Counciland#39;s and#39;Oustandingand#39; Young Peoplesand#39; Engagement and Justice Service.andnbsp;
We are seeking to recruit a suitabily qualifed Team Manager who has the motivation and drive to lead, a stable, committed and well established workforce who are focused on maintaing positive outcomes for children and young people through the aplication of best practise and high standards.
You must have proven management skills, and experience of working in a Youth Justice field or a related area. You will be responsible for the day to day oversight of the Team and the operational functions of service delivery working alongside the Service Manager in a challenging and rewarding role.
The ability to build and maintain effective partnership relationships is a key skill for achieving success in this role.
