What will you be doing?
We are looking for Casual Ticket Office Assistants who are presentable, reliable, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers. The Ticket Office can serve a large number of supporters every day, including weekends. It will involve providing excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone, as well as dealing with customer queries and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
The main duties of the role will be to sell Match Day and Season tickets through our ticketing system and answer supporters' queries. You will be a face and voice of the Club at the Ticket window and over the phone and will be tasked with giving our supporters the best level of service.
We are looking for local candidates who are available to work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm when required and available to cover weekend shifts (10 am-2 pm on non-matchdays) where required, along with match days.

You are enthusiastic and professional with excellent customer service skills. You are organized, have good IT skills, an active team player, and previous experience of handling cash. You’re eager to learn and to develop yourself and will take pride in being a good representation of the football club. Basically, you’re a positive people person with previous experience in a similar role.

* Good IT Skills – Microsoft Office basics are essential.
* Excellent numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail.
