OVERVIEW:
As our Inside Sales & Lead Gen Manager, you will be engaging with existing and prospective clients across geographic areas assigned to you. You will play a key role in remodeling how we increase our market share and reshape our coverage model. Your objective is to drive competitive sales growth and account retention in your assigned geographic territory. In this quota-bearing role, you will have the opportunity to expand and nurture XBS UK & Western Europe Named Accounts prospects, creating incremental business opportunities that make significant impact.
Key Role Tasks and Activities:
* Proactive Client/Prospect Engagement & Account Ownership: Initiate impactful client outreach to both current and new clients and serve as the first sales point of contact, ensuring client needs are met through tailored solutions and impactful presentations, driving relationship success and business value.
* Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth: Lead efforts to surpass revenue targets, drive year-over-year growth, and penetrate markets by developing effective sales strategies for digital print solutions and other offerings.
* Client-Centric Solutions & Collaboration: Understand client requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and manage tailored solutions that foster profitable relationships and ensure long-term success.
* Operational Excellence & Reporting: You will be responsible to ensure efficient sales processes & data accuracy is maintained in back-end systems, while providing detailed monthly forecasts and account-related reports to sales management.
* Continuous Learning & Innovation: You and your team will be expected to stay updated on industry trends, organizational product changes, and system upgrades to ensure sales efforts align with the latest advancements and deliver exceptional client value.
Presenting and reporting upon a regular basis is the business plan you will create for these teams and then tracking against this business plan to stakeholders the performances, wins, losses, success etc.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
* Experience of consistently exceeding B2B sales targets, demonstrating excellence in creating and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure.
* Proven expertise in selling product and service solutions, delivering tailored offerings that meet client needs.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Teams to optimize sales processes, improve client communication, and drive productivity.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction with other collaborative departments as well as the team you will manage.
* Great interpersonal, negotiation and presentation capabilities, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues.
* Knowledge of workplace printing and digital solutions, helping businesses streamline workflows and reduce operational costs would be an asset but not required.
* Personal drive, internal motivation, and a relentless pursuit of high achievement in every endeavor.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and constantly adapt to the situation.
* Excellent prioritization, organizational, time management and project management skills as well as the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under pressure to meet targets.
* Exceptional attention to detail with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, executing multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
* Collaborative team player who is willing to tackle the unexpected, embrace change and work cooperatively in diverse group situations.
