Job Title: Business Development Manager - Automatic Door Systems
Industry Sector: Automatic Doors, Contract Services, Security, Construction Sales
Area to be covered: North (Sheffield to Middlesbrough)
Remuneration: £50,000 + 30% bonus
Benefits: £650 per month car allowance & comprehensive benefits packages
Role Responsibilities:
1. Sell a high-quality manufactured range of automatic door & security systems.
2. Engage with end users, façade contractors, security contractors, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
3. Work in a buddy system with a dedicated specification sales team.
4. Inherit a well-established area capable of turning over circa £900k.
5. Pursue a large ongoing project bank.
6. Manage projects of varying size and scope.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Field sales experience in the construction industry selling to contractors.
2. Experience in automatic doors, sliding doors, security systems, barriers, swing doors, or access control sector is preferred.
3. Ability to motivate and develop people.
4. Dynamic personality with a go-getter attitude.
