Administrator - Accounts Receivable

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual with Administration experience to join an industry-leading company based in Exeter. You will be fully trained on Credit control, if necessary.
The Role:
1. Responsible for the maintenance of the Sales Ledger - including allocation of cash to ledger accounts.
2. Dealing with sales ledger account queries.
3. Monitor age of outstanding debts and balances against limits.
4. Preparation of collection letters, ranging from reminders to legal collection notices.
5. Completion of regular credit checks and reviewing of financial information.
The Candidate:
1. Credit control experience is desirable, not essential though as full training provided.
2. Administration experience.
3. Friendly telephone manner.
4. Well organised.
5. Good IT skills.
