Requirements of the Head Nurse (ODP):
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
* At least 8 years of experience in an Operating Department Practice (ODP) role, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
* Proven ability to manage and lead teams in a fast-paced clinical setting.
* Respect for local customs, traditions, and laws.
* Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and complete the necessary compliance and onboarding processes.
* Valid Saudi Council & Licensed from Country of origin.
