We’re looking for a strategic and driven Group Account Director to lead the client services team and ensure exceptional value and service is delivered to clients in the Health & Beauty sector. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee client relationships, drive service excellence, and lead a team to achieve business growth and profitability.
What you’ll be doing:
Client Leadership:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Health & Beauty accounts, driving client satisfaction and retention.
Build and strengthen client relationships, positioning the business as a trusted partner.
Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, delivering performance insights and strategic recommendations.
Team Leadership:
Oversee and mentor the client-facing account team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Guide the team in achieving client SLAs, KPIs, and personal development goals.
Conduct regular one-to-ones, appraisals, and coaching to nurture talent.
Strategic Growth:
Develop and execute an Account Development Plan to expand client relationships and unlock cross-selling opportunities.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Health & Beauty sector, maximizing revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure all projects run seamlessly, from pre-production meetings to final delivery.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client information and oversee timely invoicing and budget management.
For your application to be successful you must have the following experience:
10+ years in account management and business development, within a 3D POS printed production environment
A strong background working with clients in the Health & Beauty sector is essential.
