Within the position of Workplace Host, your role will be responsible for the management of the Leeds office, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of. Actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with the ISS & the client. Key Responsibilities: To take responsibility and lead a dynamic, professional Workplace Service that includes: office management, Maintenance, Helpdesk Management, Visitor and Meeting Room management and housekeeping services To complete regular auditing to ensure service levels are met Support the curation of events and drive onsite CR initiatives To ensure that all client site procedures and standards are met, providing five-star customer service at all times and proactively welcoming visitors To ensure the team deal effectively with all business user/ client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations To compile and plan the Workplace rotas, complete monthly one to one’s and twice-yearly appraisals for your team. Take ownership and maintain the onsite SOPs/New Starter guides, inductions, ensuring all information is up-to-date and relevant to each role. To show responsibility for the health and safety of the workplace, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS and Legal requirements Experience & Traits: Experience in leading or managing a team Relevant office management or facilities experience Experience in customer services is desired Excellent communication skills Good time management Ability to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and change Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Motivated, committed and flexible Technical ability - Experience working with Microsoft Office (intermediate/Advanced) Health and Safety understanding - IOSH desirable
