What You'll Be Doing:
We are currently recruiting a dedicated Chef Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Overall efficient and effective management of the contract to ensure great quality, consistent food and beverage services.
2. Maintaining positive client relationships.
3. Planning of the contract and resources to deliver a first-class service.
4. Management, recruitment, development, and training of team members.
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Delivering on the agreed financial budget and running commercially in line with net income and cost targets.
Who You Are:
Our ideal Manager will have:
1. Previous experience in contract catering.
2. Experience in leading and managing teams to deliver results.
3. Track record of growing sales and retaining business.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
6. Ability to liaise with colleagues, customers, and clients at all levels.
7. Quality and process-driven with a focus on delivering results.
8. Compliance with company policies and procedures in line with client agreements.
9. IT Literate (MS Office, Email).
