What will the role include at Robert Walters Birmingham?
You will be joining the Part-Qualified Finance division in a full 360 role capacity. This means your role will have a strong sales, business development and delivery focus.
* You will be responsible for driving business development, building new client relationships, and sourcing top talent through networking, meetings, and events.
* You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads to qualifying and selling recruitment services to potential clients.
* Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, negotiating contracts, and pitching tailored solutions will be a core part of your role.
* You’ll have the chance to work with exclusive, high-profile clients and engage with influential business leaders across various sectors.
