With our exponential growth, we are looking for incredible individuals to join us and continue our success story About The Role We are recruiting for a Health and Safety Support to join our expanding team based at our head office site in Scunthorpe. The candidate will work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that Risk Assessments/Safe Systems of work/COSHH/MAC requirements are met Proactively work with other areas of the business to develop SHE culture Conduct daily, weekly and monthly safety audits as well as behavioural observations Challenging unsafe behaviours and recognising areas of improvement Investigate accidents through contributory factors to identify the root cause About You Skills and Knowledge: IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent required A knowledge of ISO is desired NEBOSH General Certificate (advantageous) Machinery knowledge (advantageous) Capable of working in a culturally diverse environment
