Join our dynamic team as a Customer Services Advisor, where no two days are the same. We are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual who excels in multitasking and can handle various customer service tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in providing high-quality support to our customers and the Customer Services Manager. This is a full-time role which my client is looking to recruit on a temp to perm basis. This role will be based in the office 100% of the time. Day-to-day of the role: Answer all customer service calls adhering to company policies and procedures. Accurately record notes from customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records using various systems. Monitor company mailboxes and handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all information, adhering to data protection guidelines. Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Manager, including taking on specific projects as needed. Process customer requests such as repairs, replacements, credits, invoices, and payments. Communicate with external agencies as required to resolve customer issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service role. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to manage tasks and interact effectively with customers. A calm, empathetic, and caring nature to handle customer inquiries sensitively. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
