My client is one of the UK’s largest independent Chartered Residential Valuation and Surveying firms providing residential loan security valuation services along with home surveys.
Established over 10 years ago, they have grown to have a national presence with approximately ninety residential valuation Surveyors working with the company.
Despite their success and growth in headcount, thanks to the wonderful management team, they have managed to maintain a personable, warm, and family feeling and culture within the business.
They operate on a remote working basis but still provide the daily support of the wider team. Work is typically within a 25-mile proximity of your home address.
Offering:
* Basic salary between approximately £52,500 - £70,500 (agency approximate) depending on location and experience
* Attractive quarterly bonus scheme - details to be confirmed upon enquiry
* Car allowance of approximately £400 pcm plus business mileage rate of 30p per mile (paid on top of salary) or company electric car at HMRC mileage rate of 10p per mile
* Pension (government statutory)
Additional information:
* 5 points per day expectation
* Points established as; 1 point for valuation, 3 for Level 2, and they increase points for high value cases, specialist cases such as HMO/MUFB/long form reports
* For reporting, they use CoreLogic, Surventrix
* Manual bookings team using the CoreLogic system
* In terms of their clients; large corporate panel managers, various smaller/specialist panel managers, direct lender appointments, private clients, etc.
* Mainly valuation work, 10 – 15% of the work is Level 2’s depending on the patch location
All figures quoted above are approximate and possibly there will be additional car allowance/bonus payments.
