You’ll be taking responsibility for The development of services & day-to-day running of the office Promoting the brand in the community and generate client enquiries To recruit, support and manage the office and care team The role is based in our office in Derby which is part of a wider franchise network. This role would suit a person who has had prior experience of working in domiciliary care and a business development role previously. A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role. The role will involve some travel in the territory around Derby and Derbyshire. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive lead generation. Day to day running of the office and supporting the Care Manager Reporting to Senior Management on office performance and achieving KPIs To be responsible for the monitoring and control of day-to-day expenditure within the prescribed limits Experience Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
