Poolhall Recruitment is an employment business that provides Textile Personnel around the UK. Due to continued success and growth, our client is looking for a Production Manager in Aylesbury.
Successful candidates will be offered:
1. Full-time shifts on a permanent basis.
2. Starting Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum.
3. Contract Period: Permanent.
4. Holidays: 21 days rising to 25 days plus Bank Holidays after qualifying period.
Products: Bespoke Furniture and upholstery, refurbishment and re-upholstery.
Duties:
1. Understanding of managing a production team which includes the Joinery, Upholstery, and Finishing departments.
2. Be knowledgeable in the world of upholstery.
3. Hands-on approach is a must.
4. Be able to create templates.
5. Ensure all departmental ISO 9001, 14001, & 45001 documentation and/or employment-related documentation is completed on time.
6. Ability to read and interpret upholstery patterns and blueprints.
7. Proficiency with cutting tools and equipment such as scissors and shears.
8. Knowledge of different types of fabric and materials used in upholstery.
