The Role:
You and Your Team:
Reporting to the Strategy Assurance Lead, the Strategy Assurance Analyst provides analytical, technical, and strategic support across the Strategy Assurance team.
As a Strategy Assurance Analyst, you will:
1. Understand the Customer Operations strategy assurance reports and processes.
2. Lead on the development and monitoring of the MI suite to deliver accurate assurance, gather observations, derive insights, and create measurable improvements to customer outcomes & business performance.
3. Review strategies & processes to create measurable improvements to customer outcomes & business performance.
4. Collate results and outputs and present them to the business, providing a narrative from the data.
5. Challenge the status quo to ensure strategies, processes, and measures of success are optimal.
6. Identify, problem-solve, and address areas of risk or inefficiency.
7. Promote improvements to customer outcomes & experience.
8. Influence stakeholders through dynamic utilisation of presentations and business reports.
9. Produce accurate analytical work and insight.
10. Raise risks via appropriate channels and seek solutions.
11. Support team development, mentoring Strategy Assurance Specialists.
12. Attest the data and make improvements to strategy adherence and other MI reports.
13. Ensure accurate data is scoped for customer journey testing.
14. Present regularly at the strategy forum.
15. Support operations readiness by monitoring and attesting data.
16. Communicate findings clearly with the wider business.
17. Deputise for the Strategy Assurance Lead where required.
18. Support specialists with queries and peer reviews for reports/metrics.
