About Our Client
This leading company specializes in confectionery products, offering a diverse range of candies and sweets enjoyed by consumers worldwide.
Job Description
* Receive customer orders via email, telephone, and EDI, checking credit status.
* Enter orders into Business Central/ERP, confirming their validity.
* Liaise with 3PL, controlling when orders are released to ensure they meet customer delivery dates.
* Maintain daily reports on deliveries.
* Manage customer and consumer complaints, effectively dealing with issues.
* Work closely with finance and the rest of the operations team, checking and filing orders.
* Complete other tasks as required by the team, particularly during the month-end period.
The Successful Applicant
* 2-3 years experience in a similar position with a strong work ethic
* Appreciate the importance of accuracy and deadlines
* Customer facing with first class communication skills both written and verbal
* Knowledge ERP systems (Dynamics Nav / Nav 365 / Business Central)
* IT literate - MS office (good excel experience vital - Vlookups and pivot tables)
* Good attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
* Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
* Demonstrates the ability to contribute and foster a positive team environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability and willingness to come to our office in Woking 5 days/week initially for 1 month then 4 Days/week thereafter
