About The Role
Principle Roles and Responsibilities
* Support people with health, social, and emotional well-being, including personal care, mobility, medication, continence, nutrition, hydration, in line with care plans, promoting independence.
* Ensure residents are well-presented in personal care, hygiene, and clothing.
* Provide mental and physical stimulation through conversation and activities.
* Work effectively as part of a team, respecting each individual and maintaining dignity.
* Write, update, and review care plans, providing personal care accordingly.
* Communicate effectively with the manager and care team, reporting good practices and concerns.
* Build and maintain relationships with residents and their families, demonstrating good communication skills.
* Complete accurate records and maintain a safe, clean environment.
