The Role:The role will lead the Manufacturing Engineering team.NPD design transfer activities from R&D to OperationsOrganising manufacturing processes and linesManufacturing process improvements to improve efficiency, reduce cost and maximise profitability.Raw material obsolescence managementEngineering Change Control activitiesDfM (design for manufacture) Support to R&DManage all Operations projects including CI and NPD projectsManage the development and optimising of manufacturing processes from inception through to start upCAPA (Corrective and Preventative Action) management. What you need?Experience in an Engineering background, ideally medical or electronicsMinimum of HND in an Engineering Discipline, BSc in an Engineering discipline preferable. However, relevant industrial experience will also be consideredProven background in project managementExperience of managing and coordinating activities across different departmentsExperience with Verification and Validation testing and documentationKnowledge of a wide range of manufacturing processes traditionally associated with a box-build manufacturing facility.CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Action) management.
