Location: Central Manchester 3 days per week

About Sneak:
Sneak is a fast-growing drinks brand with ambitious plans to scale to £30M+. As they scale, data visibility, reporting, and efficient operational coordination are critical to maintaining smooth supply chain operations.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the team in managing stock movements, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and logistics partners. This role is ideal for someone early in their supply chain career, who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Logistics & Delivery Coordination – Tracking deliveries, managing orders and resolving delays or discrepancies.
* Data & Reporting Support - Daily, weekly and monthly reports to provide visibility on stock levels, order status, and supplier performance.
* Inventory & Stock Control - Tracking of stock movements. Assist in reducing aged or excess inventory, supporting stock replenishment planning.
* Supplier &3PL Coordination - Work closely with the 3PL provider to monitor service levels, tracking supplier performance and helping with procurement tasks. Liaise with co-manufacturers to discuss ongoing plans, challenges, and order requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong problem-solving skills – ability to follow up on supply chain issues proactively.
* Good with numbers and data – experience working with spreadsheets and analysing trends.
* Great communicator – confident working across teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
* Highly organised– able to track multiple tasks and keep things moving efficiently.
* Fast learner– eager to learn new systems and understand supply chain processes.
What You’ll Need:
* Some experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination (internships, admin roles, or similar entry-level experience count).
* Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills
* A keen eye for detail – spotting inconsistencies in data, tracking issues, and resolving them.
* A proactive mindset – willing to chase answers and keep things running smoothly.
