Key Skills required:
1. Previous experience in a Service Desk or field-based role
2. Windows OS 11/10
3. Active Directory
4. Office 365
5. Exchange Server experience
6. Group Policy (DNS/DHCP)
7. VPN technologies
It would be highly advantageous if the ideal candidate has experience with previous IT Consultancy/MSP experience and backup technologies such as Veeam.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Administering 1st Line support requests, accurate call logging, and relevant escalation when necessary. Working closely with the other Service Desk team in a collaborative environment sharing experience and skills where applicable.
