Salary: £32,527-£34,851 per annum, pro rata (4BC)
Additional Multi-skill bonus: £1140 per annum paid monthly for qualifying staff
Working hours: 37 hours per week

More about the role:
We’re looking for qualified Electricians to join our Home Maintenance Team, which is a team of trade professionals that provide responsive and planned repair work for our customers.
For the Responsive Repairs roles, you will be reporting to the HMT Electrical Supervisor. The role entails working alone or as part of a small team, delivering a responsive repairs service in the homes of our customers and buildings owned or maintained by SYHA, while achieving high standards of workmanship and excellent customer care.
For the Planned Works role, you will also report to the HMT Electrical Supervisor and will carry out electrical installation, testing and remedial works in the homes of our customers and buildings owned or maintained by SYHA.
Who you are:
* Experience and ability to carry out Electrical work including maintenance, installation, and testing.
* Ability to solve problems and make recommendations for repair and maintenance issues.
* Flexibility to carry out minor repairs requiring skills of other trades, such as joinery or minor plastering.
* Ability to provide advice and guidance to clients/customers on maintenance and repair issues.
* Full driving licence and confidence to drive vehicles in the HMT fleet.
* Working knowledge of digital work solutions including online applications.
