"Good" Ofsted rating, with a dedicated and compassionate team focused on providing high-quality education.What We Are Looking For: An experienced or aspiring SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with a range of special educational needs. Ability to provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviours. A patient, resilient, and proactive individual who can adapt to the children's specific needs and provide positive reinforcement. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
