Exhibitor Services Marketing Manager – Lead the Way in Exhibitor Engagement
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Exhibitor Services Marketing Manager to take the lead in driving our exhibitor service campaigns. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage strategic initiatives, mentor a talented team, and collaborate across departments to deliver valuable programs that directly impact our exhibitors' success. You will work closely with account management, sales, and customer care teams to deliver customer-centric programs that elevate the exhibitor experience.
What You'll Do:
* Strategic Campaign Management: Lead exhibitor service campaigns, monitoring and optimising their performance to attract and convert exhibitor prospects.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with account management, sales, and customer care teams to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns, identify opportunities for improvements, and implement enhancements.
* Email Campaign Oversight: Ensure the timely activation of campaigns, resolve issues as they arise, and maintain accurate campaign information.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and support a team of two direct reports, providing guidance and acting as an escalation point for any blockers.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for business stakeholders and event organizers to ensure alignment and success of campaigns.
* Project Management: Manage technical updates and changes in Marketo for exhibitor service emails, coordinating with both internal teams and external partners.
* Performance Reporting and Data Analysis: Support monthly performance reporting for email campaigns, analyze data to inform marketing strategies, and drive continuous improvements.
* Tool Review and Platform Migration Support: Conduct reviews of the current marketing automation tool in relation to exhibitor service campaigns and assist in migrating to a new platform if needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Professional Experience: Extensive experience in marketing, customer engagement, or a related field, ideally within the exhibitions or events industry.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a team, with a focus on fostering growth and providing guidance.
* Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Desirable Skills: Proficiency in email marketing and CRM tools; prior experience with Marketo is a plus (training will be provided).
