As a valued member of the Field Marketing team within the Digital Printing and Solutions Business unit, you will serve as our Partner Marketing Specialist, contributing to the growth and success of our partner channel. What we ask Define and implement comprehensive Partner marketing plans tailored to specific channel requirements to maximise product, solution, and service sales through Partner organisations. Develop initiatives to increase Canon’s share of wallet within our Partners and drive Partner recruitment strategies to support growth ambitions. Develop compelling value propositions, to effectively communicate Partner benefits and drive engagement. Develop, deploy, and measure impactful Partner marketing campaigns to enhance awareness and adoption. Collaborate with local teams to define, implement, and measure compelling content and assets that align with Partner goals and target audience needs. Adapt existing marketing materials for Partners, equipping them with resources to optimise digital engagement. Define best practices and establish ways of working to streamline content creation and marketing efforts across regions. Inspire and guide Partners in improving their digital presence and customer engagement, ensuring effective utilisation of available tools and strategies. Monitor and analyse Partner digital engagement and campaign performance, leveraging insights to recommend actionable improvements. Provide insights, training, and support to local teams to enable Partners to utilise digital tools effectively. Oversee the Partner Portal, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and regular updates with news, articles, and essential content aligned with ongoing functional developments. Continuously optimise the Partner Portal’s user experience, using analytics to measure and enhance engagement and usability Deliver and refine Partner Portal features based on Partner feedback, ensuring consistent alignment with KPIs. Develop and promote the Partner Locator functionality within the Partner Portal. Collaborate with content owners and stakeholders to refine portal features and capabilities. Manage day-to-day operations of the Partner Portal, including governance, user support, and internal/external adoption initiatives. Lead the development of local Partner Portal champions through onboarding, training, and recognition programs. Manage pan-European Partner events, including incentives, conferences, forums, and webinars. Act as an advocate for Partners within the organisation, ensuring their needs are represented in broader digital and marketing strategies. Manage related Partner budgets (as part of Advertising & Marketing), ensuring efficient allocation to support marketing initiatives and drive ROI. You will have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong experience in partner marketing, channel management, or similar roles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in utilising data for decision-making. Project management skills in an international matrix organisation, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Confident in crafting compelling stories through creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
