Salary: £48,000 - £56,000 per annum plus fully expensed company car.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing their teams, while improving store performance. You will also visit the regional office for monthly meetings and consistently create an environment where your teams can do their best work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A keen willingness to learn, take the lead, and be hands-on with strategy and planning. A full UK driving licence is required.
