An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Group Employment Projects, Terms and Conditions Human Resources Team based within Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This is an exciting time to join our Trust as we are now working with Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust as part of a newly formed NHS Group – theHumber Health Partnership, which isthe 12th largest acute and community provider in the NHS.
As part of the Group Employment Projects, Terms and Conditions Human Resources Team, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Team.
You will maintainsystemsand provide administrative support for job matching and the joint Pay Group, this will involve recording information, answering queries and using electronic systems.
Working within national terms and conditions/guidance and Group policies and procedures, you will provide advice and guidance to staff and line managers on for example, job matching panels and banding outcomes, trade union facility time etc.
You will support the Team with ongoing employment projects, which will include data analysis and maintain the Group’s intranet site with information relevant to the role.
You will have an understanding of a range of work procedures and practices, some of which are non-routine. This requires a base level of theoretical knowledge to NVQ3 level or equivalent experience.
We are therefore searching for an individual with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively within a small team and is competent in the full range of Microsoft Office programmes.
The hours of work will be 30 hours per week, how these are worked will be discussed with the successful applicant.
