* You’re part of a great team, with strong CPD opportunities and a commitment to a work-life balance.
* We’re a welcoming place where you’ll even have a laugh as you do your job.
* We have a visible, proactive and supportive SLT who prioritize staff wellbeing.
* Many of our staff live in the local community and choose to send their children to us; we have a ‘family feel’.
* We are inclusive, SEND-focused, trauma-informed and have high expectations and standards.
* Our pupils are respectful, kind and committed; this is a place where staff can teach and young people can learn in a calm environment.
