Housing Manager – Part Time
Cumbernauld / hybrid
£24,678 - £25,977 per year
18.75 hours per week Monday - Wednesday
We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Manager to join our Scotland Housing team. Working as a Housing Manager for a busy Housing Management team responsible for key Housing management activities including lettings, income management, antisocial behaviour, estate management and tenancy management.
The role of Housing Manager will include:
* Liaising daily with Head of Housing and the team on all aspects of housing management
* Liaising with our Customer Service Centre and all other centrally based Group administration teams
* Communicating with our other housing teams across Scotland.
* Building working relationships with all local authorities where our stock is based
* Line management of the housing team. Accountable to Head of Housing
Skills and experiences:
* Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification (or knowledge and experience at an equivalent level)
* Housing Management experience including lettings, income management, antisocial behaviour, estate management, and tenancy management
* Experience of managing projects with strong management skills
* Experience of leading a team and working with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and good practice
* Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
