HOURS 37 hours per week, all year round but can be negotiable LOCATION Stamford College QRS are currently recruiting on behalf of Inspire Education Group for a Lecturer in Electrical Installations JOB PURPOSE Stamford College is seeking a passionate and experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to deliver high-quality teaching and training to learners across various Electrical Installation programmes. As part of our teaching staff, you will inspire the next generation of electricians by providing engaging and innovative learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons in Electrical Installation across different levels. Support students in developing practical skills, knowledge, and understanding of the subject. Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure student success. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and resources. Participate in curriculum development and ensure compliance with industry standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student retention, progression, and achievement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and integrate this into teaching practice. Key Requirements: A relevant qualification in Electrical Installation (Level 3 or higher). A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one). Experience within the electrical industry, with up-to-date technical knowledge. Experience in teaching or training in further education is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for supporting and inspiring students to achieve their potential. Why Join Us?
