Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £23,964 per annum
Hours: Full time 35 hours

Location: Hybrid Working (Head Office, West Bromwich)

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Savings Administration team. You will play a key role in opening on-line accounts and dealing with all administration relating to Customer’s savings accounts (including ISA Transfers), delivering ‘Right first time’ solutions. You will also work closely with Telephony and the Branch Network to answer queries where required.

Key Responsibilities:
* To open and administer On-line and Direct savings accounts
* To open and administer Electronic and Manual ISA accounts
* To process all external and internal customer instructions and requests accurately to meet Department service standards
* To deliver excellent customer service
* To comply with all regulatory requirements
* To have a good understanding of the Department Risk and Control measurement framework and to know how they contribute to maintaining and delivering effective risk management
* To work as part of the Team with collective responsibility for completion of all team tasks to agreed service levels
* To continually develop own skills and to maintain ongoing personal development plan
* To maintain an up to date understanding of all processes and procedures and to understand how each task fits into the wider picture
The skills and experience required are:
* Excellent administration skills to deliver good Customer outcomes
* Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with a variety of different audiences to include outbound Customer calls as required.
* To provide technical product information and support to colleagues in other areas of the Society.
* Strong attention to Detail
* An ability to identify and suggest improvements to existing processes or procedures which deliver a service or efficiency gain
* Be flexible to respond to Business needs with the ability to respond positively to working within a fast-paced environment
