Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage our financial records with precision and integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. If you have a passion for numbers and enjoy problem-solving, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Process purchase and sales invoices, receipts, payments, expenses and manage accounts payable/receivable. Reconcile bank statements and prepare regular financial reports. Reconcile credit card statements Complete VAT returns. Collaborate with accountants to support month-end and year-end financial close processes. Respond to client inquiries Deal with supplier invoice queries Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in an accountancy firm. Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A qualification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
