HR Business Partner Permanent West Midlands Hybrid 3:2 Up to £75,000 car allowance bonus Reporting to the Head of HR, this HRBP role will partner business leaders and a client group of c800 employees. The role will occupy two clear spaces and work towards two objectives 1) streamline integration of HR services with business unit and raise business partnering capability 2) partner with business to integrate businesses and deliver associated HR activity; OD, comms and engagement, change management. The role will see you join at a key time of change and you can expect the short term nature of the role be focused on supporting business leaders in delivering change, overseeing the engagement plan and re-establishing the foundations for the business unit moving forward in terms of job frameworks, reporting and what good performance looks like. Longer term, you will work towards ensuring robust talent management practices are in place, enhance the leadership development offering and work with the wider centres of excellence to drive culture and performance enhancing initiatives. Who are we looking for? A well rounded HR Business Partner capable in the technical HR realm but a true business partner with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Youll have experience of supporting significant business change i.e. post-acquisition integration, while having demonstrable experience of being an effective business partner in an established business partner model. Owed to the nature of the business, experience in a multisite fast paced environments such as retail, logistics or services would be advantageous. You can expect to be in the office 2-3 days a week (Staffs) with spot travel around the UK.
