My leading public sector client is seeking an experienced M365 Software Developer.
The Role:
* Lead on working with various stakeholders to analyse business requirements, design a solution, build and deploy (including change and release processes, testing and user guidance) SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform business services.
* Lead and manage a small cross-site team of 2 Support Analysts responsible for resolving SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform technical issues.
* Maintain existing SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, implement strong supporting governance, and ensure prompt response to problem resolution.
* Evaluate existing systems, solutions, and processes and provide ideas for improvements.
* Author and execute PowerShell scripts that automate routine administrative tasks.
* Help mentor and coach members of the team.
Candidates must have the following skills/experience:
* Experience using PowerFX programming language to create complex functions in Power Apps and Power Automate.
* Knowledge and experience of application development (minimum 1 year commercial experience).
* Experience in working with M365 (Admin Centre, Teams, Delve, and Search).
* Knowledge and experience of scripting using PowerShell.
* Excellent communication skills with system users and vendors to identify, explain, and resolve complex problems.
* Passion to keep up to date with developments in SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
