Research Associate, Cell Biology Join the dynamic team at Cell Microsystems, a life science biotech company focused on developing tools that accelerate scientific discovery. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge product development at the bench, while also engaging with commercial efforts. Role Perform experiments at the lab bench to generate data using our technologies that can be used for application notes, protocol development, and customer support Coordinate all assigned study related activities to ensure compliance with the protocol and applicable SOPs, including client communication and study design and execute within study timelines Serve as lead/primary technician on studies to ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), study protocols, sponsor guidance documents and company policies/practices Perform careful documentation of studies, data analysis and preparing the data from studies in presentable manner Maintain clear and detailed documentation of experimental records, independently analyze and interpret data Engage with the current scientific literature Qualifications BS or MS in cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field, with 2 years lab experience Experience with cell culture and aseptic technique Familiarity with molecular biology techniques (PCR, Western blotting, immunofluorescence etc) Client-facing contract research experience a plus Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse, dynamic interdisciplinary team. Exemplary organization, protocol writing, and data analysis skills Strong initiative complemented with a sense of accountability, sense of urgency and adaptability Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot Must be legally authorized to work in the US Cell Microsystems is an equal opportunity employer.
