Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve the full product lifecycle, from concept development to manufacturing support, working on revolutionary sensor technology and robotics applications. We are looking for an adaptable individual that thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Electronics Design & Development: Lead the design and development of digital and analog electronic systems, including system architecture, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, and testing.
* Embedded Systems & Firmware: Collaborate with firmware and software engineers to develop embedded systems for real-time robotics applications.
* Power & Sensor Integration: Develop power supply designs, motor control systems, and sensor integration solutions for robotics applications.
* High-Speed Communication & Signal Processing: Work with high-speed memory interfaces, RF communications, and data acquisition systems.
* Compliance & Testing: Ensure designs meet industry standards such as CE, FCC, LVD, and ISO13485 for medical applications. Conduct EMC testing and validation.
* Manufacturing & Production Support: Work with contract manufacturers (CEMs) to oversee design transfer, production testing, and quality control.
* Mentorship & Team Collaboration: Support junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to best practices in electronics and embedded system development.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in electronics design, including system architecture design, schematic capture and PCB layout (preferably using Altium Designer).
* Proficiency in circuit analysis and simulation, with experience using tools such as SPICE (LTspice, PSpice), MATLAB Simulink, Keysight ADS, Altium CircuitMaker, or ANSYS Electronics for electronic system architecture evaluation, signal integrity analysis, and performance optimization.
* Strong background in embedded MCU and processor platforms (ARM Cortex, ESP32, etc.).
* Experience with high-speed digital circuits, analog signal processing, and RF communications.
* Familiarity with motion control systems, robotics, and industrial automation.
* Knowledge of power electronics, motor drivers, battery management systems, and LED/laser modulation.
* Understanding of EMC compliance, safety standards, and regulatory approvals.
* Hands-on experience with SMT assembly, prototyping, and lab equipment usage.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience with robotic sensing technology, teleoperation systems, or haptic feedback solutions.
* Knowledge of Linux-based embedded development and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
* Experience working with medical devices, agritech, or industrial control systems.
* Exposure to deep learning applications for sensor data processing.
