What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced senior leader to join Synergy Education Trust as an Assistant Director. This senior post sits within the Central Leadership Team, reporting to the Director of Education and working strategically with executive leaders and heads to drive the Trust’s vision, strategy, and objectives.
The core purpose of this role is to provide the drive and strategic leadership needed to ensure the highest quality education for all children across our schools. We are looking for an inspiring and experienced school leader with a strong background in school improvement, a proven track record of success, and experience with Ofsted inspections. A deep understanding of inclusion and SEND is highly desirable, alongside a passion for ensuring that vulnerable pupils receive the best opportunities to succeed.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can motivate and inspire others, foster a culture of continuous learning, and build strong, productive relationships across the Trust. A thorough understanding of safeguarding legislation and best practices for supporting young people is essential.
