ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager IN Belfast who is willing to travel across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland as necessary. You will support in leading our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 5+ years of HR management, with a focus on strategic HR management
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in both NI and ROI
* Proven ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organisation
* Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools
* Strong Office 365 knowledge
* Ability to collaborate and influence in a multi-departmental environment
Drivers licence: Hold a full driving licence with access to a car
Leadership and communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic HR Leadership:
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Employee Relations:
* Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting effective communication between management and staff.
Performance Management:
* Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback processes, and employee development plans.
Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
* Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
HR Policies and Procedures:
* Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Diversity and Inclusion:
* Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and equitable workplace for all employees.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Utilise HR metrics to assess and improve HR functions and make data-driven decisions.
HR Leader
* Support, develop and lead the HR team to deliver daily objectives and KPI's
